Nextplayr Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR COLLEGE RECRUITMENT GUIDANCE PLATFORM.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the college recruitment guidance services ("Services") provided by Nextplayr, a software-as-a-service platform that provides comprehensive tools and guidance for aspiring college athletes. Our platform includes all the tools (and more) that our founder used to successfully get recruited to play college soccer. By subscribing to or using our Services, you ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Introduction

The use of Nextplayr Services implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our college recruitment guidance platform.

1. Service Scope

Nextplayr offers comprehensive college recruitment guidance including:

  • AI-Powered Recruitment Guidance: Personalized AI agent to help with your recruitment journey.
  • School Database & Research: Comprehensive database of colleges and universities with soccer programs.
  • Identity & Branding Tools: Help build your athlete identity and personal brand.
  • Mentality & Mindset Coaching: Mental preparation tools for college athletics.
  • CV Template & Portfolio Building: Professional athlete resume and portfolio creation.
  • Coach Call Preparation: Tools to prepare for conversations with college coaches.
  • Training Plans: Customized training programs for different skill levels.
  • Camp Information: Database of soccer camps and showcase events.
  • Video Analysis: Tools to analyze and improve your soccer performance.

All tools are based on proven strategies and real-world experience from our founder's successful college recruitment journey. Services are delivered through our web platform and mobile applications.

2. Subscription & Payments

  • Services are provided through a monthly or annual subscription model.
  • Payment must be made in advance in US dollars (USD).
  • Payment failure will result in suspension or termination of Services.
  • We do not offer refunds for subscription cancellations.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your user dashboard.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Immediate Cancellation: Premium features are revoked immediately upon subscription cancellation.

3. NCAA Compliance & AI Tools

⚠️ CRITICAL DISCLAIMERS FOR COLLEGE ATHLETES:

  • NCAA Guidelines Change: NCAA rules, policies, and compliance requirements can change at any time without notice.
  • AI Tool Limitations: Our NCAA chatbot and AI tools are trained with the most up-to-date information available, but may not reflect the latest changes.
  • No Guarantee of Admission: We do not guarantee that athletes will be admitted to their desired universities or colleges, or that they will receive athletic scholarships (per NCAA rules).
  • Compliance Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with current NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Verification Required: All information provided by our tools should be verified against official NCAA sources before making decisions.
  • Academic Requirements: Meeting NCAA academic eligibility requirements is the sole responsibility of the student-athlete.
  • Recruitment Rules: Understanding and following NCAA recruitment rules and timelines is the user's responsibility.

User Acknowledgment: By using our NCAA-related tools, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and agree to verify all information independently. Our platform is designed to assist and guide, not to guarantee outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Nextplayr retains ownership of our platform, software, and proprietary content.
  • Users own their personal data and content they create using our tools.
  • Users may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer our platform or tools.
  • Our recruitment strategies and methodologies are proprietary and may not be shared outside the platform.
  • Users may use the tools and guidance for their personal recruitment journey but may not resell or redistribute the information.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about their academic and athletic background.
  • Using the platform responsibly and not attempting to manipulate or abuse the system.
  • Ensuring legal and ethical use of our tools and guidance.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Not sharing their account with other users without authorization.
  • Verifying NCAA compliance independently when using recruitment tools.
  • Understanding platform limitations and not relying solely on automated tools for critical decisions.
  • Meeting academic requirements for NCAA eligibility independently.
  • Following proper recruitment timelines and procedures.
  • Taking responsibility for their own recruitment journey and outcomes.

6. Liability Limitations

Nextplayr will not be responsible for:

  • Recruitment failures or not being admitted to desired colleges.
  • NCAA compliance violations or eligibility issues.
  • Academic performance or failure to meet NCAA academic requirements.
  • Athletic performance or failure to meet athletic standards.
  • Misinformation from AI tools despite best efforts to maintain accuracy.
  • Changes in NCAA rules or policies that affect recruitment strategies.
  • College admission decisions or scholarship offers.
  • Personal injury during training or athletic activities.
  • Data breaches or security vulnerabilities in our platform.
  • Service interruptions or technical issues that may affect platform availability.

You acknowledge that your use of our recruitment guidance platform is at your own discretion and risk. Nextplayr does not guarantee that services will be free from errors, interruptions, or that they will result in successful college recruitment.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with written notice.
  • No refunds are provided for subscription cancellations.
  • At the time of termination, access to premium services and tools will be revoked immediately.
  • Nextplayr reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive use of the service.
  • Immediate Access Revocation: Premium features and access are revoked immediately upon subscription cancellation with no grace period.
  • Data Retention: Your personal data and content may be retained for legal compliance purposes.

8. Changes to Terms

Nextplayr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
